Psychodynamic Psychotherapy

Do find yourself experiencing overwhelming emotions?

Do you feel disconnected from yourself?

Do feel unsure of what you want and how to get there?

Psychodynamic psychotherapy is an exploratory form of therapy that seeks to help you create a more cohesive sense of self. Psychodynamic psychotherapy begins and ends with deep listening. Together, we will co-create a space where you will be free to explore the thoughts, feelings and patterns of belief that prevent you from becoming the truest version of yourself.  It is used to treat a variety of psychological disorders including anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma among other issues.
